As a mother myself, I know how heavy it can feel to hold it all together. You don't have to do it alone. I provide a safe, judgement free environment where we can work to start filling your own cup. I will help you learn to set boundaries, regulate your nervous system, learn to handle anxious thoughts, feel confident and so much more. Carrying anxiety, trauma, and self doubt all while trying to pour into others can be depleting. Take that first step to get the support you deserve. I am here to support you in reaching your goals in a warm, safe atmosphere where we can work on the hard things together. Virtual and in-person sessions are available for convenience and privacy.
